‘It’ll be alright on the night’ really should be the motto for Theale Players. This very clichéd and dubious reassurance is almost as inevitable as the state I get into every production. The first time we had all the cast together was on the first night and as usual everyone gave a brilliant performance both front and back stage. Oh yes… and the audience had a great time!

Theale History Section - can you help us?

Theale.ws is looking for anyone who has access to a computer and can spare a few hours!

We are putting together a history section for the site and subsequently there is quite a large amount of written text to type up.

If you think you could help us with some or all of this please then get in touch - even if you only have a few hours available!

Theale.ws has been donated a large quantity of low energy light bulbs and we're offering a pair of bulbs FREE to anyone in receipt of the allowance. The donation has come through Poppy HomeCare (www.poppyshomecare.co.uk) of Bleadon via EoN Energy - very many thanks to them.

With low energy light bulbs you typically use up to 6 times less electricity in use so they're well worth having!

You need to live in Theale Parish in Somerset and be in receipt of 2009 Winter Fuel Allowance.  Other than that there's no catch.
