Hazel Hudson

Hazel was born in Wedmore and can trace her family in the parish back to the late 1400's. For over 25 years she has researched the history of the parish of Wedmore,  a huge task which still continues.

She spends many hours walking the fields studying the archaeology.  and taking guided walks around the parish.  She gives lectures and talks as well as collecting old photographs.

She is a prolific history writer and, together with Frances Neale, has published regularly in Somerset Archaelogical and History Society (SAHNS)
